1. How to collect points

1.1) First time collecting points, you must apply for a membership and register via the website https://shop.pastelcreative-x8.com/activity/PastelXGeminiFourth/log-in.html or scan the QR Code from the card indicating the point code in the Pastel x Gemini Fourth product box.

1.2) Collection points each time, the process must be done via the website. https://shop.pastelcreative-x8.com/activity/PastelXGeminiFourth/log-in.html or scan the QR Code from the card indicating the point code. (free of charge) under the following conditions

• Customers must log in to the system every time, before filling the code from the card to collect points
• Fill in all 13 digits of the code specified on the card. The code on each card can only be used to collect points once. (cannot use twice)
• A point card with the code must be a card that is placed inside a Pastel product box that has a Pastel x Gemini Fourth sticker only. If the product box does not have the sticker, you will not be able to collect points to redeem products or participate in activities. The company reserves the right to not be responsible for all cases.
• In the case of purchasing a product that has a Pastel x Gemini Fourth sticker, but cannot find a point card inside the box. Please contact admin via LINE: @pastelcreative and attach a video while unpacking the product as evidence of confirmation. Otherwise, the company reserves the right to not take responsibility in all cases.

2. Terms & Conditions to redeem Inhaler Cap Pastel x Gemini Fourth (15 Points)

2.1) Redeem 15 points to get Inhaler cap Gemini OR Fourth value 55 THB (You can choose the inhaler cap pattern (Gemini OR Fourth, the product is limited to 1,000 pieces per pattern, total 2,000 pieces)

2.2) When redeem points, the system will deduct 15 points from the total points you have collected.

2.3) The redemption period for Inhaler cap Pastel x Gemini Fourth start from 23 July 2024 - 31 May 2025 (or until the products run out)

2.4) Domestic shipping delivery cost start at 50 baht per time and for international shipping costs, depends on each area.

2.5) We reserve the right to change conditions and various benefits without prior notice.

3. Terms & Conditions to redeem Inhaler Double Cap Pastel x Gemini Fourth (20 Points)

3.1) Redeem 20 points to get inhaler Double Cap Gemini & Fourth, value 69 THB (product is limited to 1,000 pieces)

3.2) When redeem points, the system will deduct 20 points from the total points you have collected

3.3) The redemption period for Inhaler cap Pastel x Gemini Fourth stats from 30 September 2024 - 31 May 2025 (or until the products run out)

3.4) Domestic shipping delivery cost start at 50 baht per time and for international shipping costs, depends on each area.

4. Terms & Conditions to redeem rights to take participate in Pastel x Gemini Fourth Exclusive Meeting (30 points)

4.1) Redeem 30 points to get 1 right to send message to Gemini Fourth to participate in the selection of 100 winners. And get the right to take participate in Pastel x Gemini Fourth Exclusive Meeting by typing a message and stating " What do you want Gemini Fourth to refresh you with?" And please give the reason.

4.2) When redeem points, the system will deduct 30 points from the total points you have collected.

4.3) Filling in text to join in the activity must be filled in Thai or English only. Limited to 200 characters.

4.4) Pastel x Gemini Fourth Exclusive Meeting will be held on 19 January 2025 (The brand will inform time and venue of the event soon)

4.5) The redemption period to get rights to take participate in Pastel x Gemini Fourth Exclusive Meeting starts 30 September 2024 – 15 December 2024 at 23:59 pm.

4.6) In the case of purchasing products via online channels, please order in advance at least 5 business days before the end of the period. The delivery excludes Saturday-Sunday and public holidays to collect and redeem points for participating in activities.

4.7) The company reserves the right to consider and select the creative and impressive messages which are not similar to other messages. (If the message received are similar, the company will judge and select from the first sent message)

4.8) The company will announce the names of 100 people selected from the messaging activity on 25 December 2024 18:00 pm. via Facebook: Pastel Creative และ X: Pastel Creative.

4.9) Selected persons must confirm their rights to participate in the Pastel x Gemini Fourth Exclusive Meeting activity with the company via the website. https://shop.pastelcreative-x8.com/activity/PastelXGeminiFourth/log-in.html which is the same website used to collect points by 8 January 2025

4.10) If the selected person does not come to confirm their identity with the company within the specified date and time, the company will consider it to waive rights immediately.

4.11) The company will announce the seating plan for 100 selected persons to participate in the activity. Pastel x Gemini Fourth Fan Meeting on 15 January 2025 at 18.00 pm. The company will identify seats to those who are selected which arranged in the order of the selected messages. The verification before participating in the Pastel x Gemini Fourth Fan Meeting activity must use the same evidence as submitting identity verification via the website. https://shop.pastelcreative-x8.com/activity/PastelXGeminiFourth/log-in.html of pastel by showing proof of QR code (e-ticket) along with ID card. It is evidence to confirm your identity to receive a wristband to enter the event.

4.12) On the event date, selected persons must present their original identification card or passport to the company as proof of identity to receive the wristband before attending the Pastel x Gemini Fourth Fan Meeting event. Also, if on the event date, the selected person does not come to confirm their right to receive the wristband in person, it will be considered to have forfeited their rights. The rights cannot be transferred to others in any case.
